Can I reserve an item?

We do not offer a service to reserve items online.

What ring size should I buy?

We recommend purchasing a metal ring gauge and measuring your ring size.
If you are thinking of purchasing wide band rings such as Silver Signet Ring 01,02, we recommend using a wide ring gauge or ordering 1 to 2 size larger than your usual ring size.

Payment and shipping

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by Apple Pay, VISA, MasterCard, American express and PayPal.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address and credit card cannot be read by any third party.

Our third party payment processor will collect your credit card and other payment information on our behalf. We do not store any payment card information. Please note that the information you provide to them is governed by their own policies and procedures.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally to almost all countries. The shipping fee and time may vary based on your final shipping destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Returns and exchanges

Can I change or cancel my order?

We don’t accept cancellations. Please double check your order before placing it. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Can I return or exchange the jewelry I ordered?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges if the item and the gift box is in unused condition.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact us within 7 days of delivery via Contact page and ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery.


How do I delete my account?

Please submit an account closure request via this page. Your account will be closed within 5 working days of our receiving the form.
