Shipping

  • Processing time
    The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
  • Customs and import taxes
    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment options
PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit card/Debit card via Stripe
Our third party payment processor will collect your credit card and other payment information on our behalf. We do not store any payment card information. Please note that the information you provide to them is governed by their own policies and procedures.

Order cancellation
We don’t accept cancellations. Please double check your order before placing it. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges if the item and the gift box is in unused condition (The initial delivery charges are non-refundable). Also, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
