Returns And Exchanges

If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged, soiled, or different from your order, please contact us via the CONTACT page within 7 days of delivery. We will contact you regarding return and exchange procedures (we will cover the shipping and handling fees for returns and exchanges). In principle, an exchange will be made for the same product. If a replacement product is not available, we will contact you again. *Made-to-order products are produced from scratch, so please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. *If we determine that the returned product has become defective in your possession, we may return it to you.

In case of return or exchange due to customer convenience

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unused products. Please contact us via the CONTACT page within 7 days of receiving the product. We will contact you with instructions on how to return or exchange the product.
Please return the product within 14 days of receiving it. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We cannot refund shipping costs incurred to deliver the product. If the item is eligible for free shipping or if you are part of a free shipping promotion and did not pay shipping, we will refund the amount minus the normal shipping cost.
Please send your return using a trackable method such as Letter Pack Light or Takkyubin Compact.

*The date the product arrives will be considered the first day. For example, if the product arrives on January 1st, please contact us via the contact form by January 7th. The deadline for returning the product is January 14th.

Please note that items that meet the following conditions cannot be exchanged.

[Jewelry and accessories]

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, they cannot be replaced)
  • Products showing signs of use
  • Products with missing, damaged, or soiled accessories (box, drawstring bag, etc.)
  • Pre-order items
  • Custom-ordered items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Customized and resized products
  • Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
  • If you have made excessive returns or exchanges

[Clothing and other products]

  • *Please wear the item over your clothes when trying it on or checking the size. Also, be careful not to get any scents from foundation or perfume on the item.
  • Products that have become smelly, dirty, or scratched while in the customer's possession
  • Products with tags removed
  • Custom-ordered items
  • Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
  • If you have made excessive returns or exchanges
