Can I reserve it?

Please note that we do not accept reservations.

I don't know my ring size...

We recommend that you use our ring gauge rental service or purchase your own ring gauge and measure your ring size.
If you are looking for a wider ring, we recommend using a flat ring gauge or purchasing a size one size larger than your usual ring size.

Regarding customization

Can you make it in gold?

We accept orders for 18K, 14K, and 10K. Some items are difficult to produce, so please contact us first.
*Gold (18K, 14K, 10K) products cannot be shipped overseas.

Can I use my own natural stones?

Please note that depending on the condition of the natural stone, it may be damaged during setting, so we cannot use stones other than those we can provide.

Can I add engraving?

If you don't see an engraving option on the product page, please contact us first. Customization fees start from ¥2,000.
*Fonts can be selected from Google Fonts. Please note that other fonts cannot be selected due to licensing restrictions.

Payment and shipping

What payment methods are available?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Paidy, credit card payments (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB), convenience store payments, smartphone payments (LINE Pay, PayPay), and bank transfers.
*If you use PayPal, you can pay with a Discover card.

PayPal:
This is a payment method that allows you to shop using your PayPal account information.

Paidy:
・This payment method can be used with just an email address and mobile phone number. No prior registration or credit card is required.
・No matter how many times you shop in a month, you will only pay once the following month. The amount you spend for the month will be confirmed on the 1st of the following month and you will be notified by email and SMS.
・The following payment methods are available.
Direct debit (payment fee: free)
Convenience store (payment fee: 356 yen including tax)
Bank transfer (fees vary depending on the financial institution)

Convenience store payment (KOMOJU):
When checking out, select "KOMOJU/Convenience Store/Other" as your payment method. Payment can be made at Lawson, FamilyMart, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, and SeicoMart (not available at 7-Eleven). When paying at a convenience store, a payment fee of 190 yen (tax included) will be added to the total price (including shipping).
*This cannot be used for orders with a total amount (tax included) of 300,000 yen or more.
*Payment is due within 3 days from the day after the order date.

Smartphone payments — LINE Pay, PayPay (KOMOJU):
Please select "Smartphone Payment - KOMOJU" as your payment method at checkout.

How long will it take to ship?

Can you ship overseas?

We do not ship overseas.

Can I get gift wrapping?

Cancellation, return and exchange of orders

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations or changes after your order has been placed.
Depending on the timing and order contents, we may be able to accommodate your request, so please contact us via the Contact page first.

Can I return or exchange the product?

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unused products. Please see the "Returns and Exchanges" page for details.

I received something different from what I ordered...

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us via the Contact page within 7 days of receiving the product. We will handle returns and exchanges.
* Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
