Pre-production Size Confirmation Service For custom orders or gold items (K10/K18), we can send you a sample ring to try on before the final production begins. (Available for Japan domestic orders only)

Size Exchange Support For standard silver/brass items, if the ring doesn't fit, we will remake it for you.
Japan:
One-time free exchange (within 7 days).
International:
Exchange accepted (Customer covers round-trip shipping fees and customs). (Note: If a larger size or longer chain results in a higher price, the price difference will be charged.)
