At Swing Jewelry, we craft each piece with care. Even for items currently in stock, we perform a final finishing and polishing process before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Methods & Rates
To ensure the safety of your jewelry and prevent loss or damage during transit, we strongly recommend a shipping method that allows for face-to-face delivery. However, you may choose from the following options based on your order total and preference.
Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Takkyubin Compact (Face-to-Face Delivery): ¥700
- Delivered face-to-face by the driver.
- Compensation coverage: Up to ¥30,000.
Date & Time Designation: You can specify your preferred delivery time via the Kuroneko Members website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Nekopos (Mailbox Drop): ¥350
— Available only for orders under ¥7,000.
Delivered directly to your mailbox.
Important Notes:
Date and time designation is not available.Compensation limit is ¥3,000 (tax included).If you are purchasing as a gift or are concerned about safety during transit, we highly recommend selecting "Takkyubin Compact."
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over ¥9,000 (tax included).

- Handling Fee: A fee of ¥190 will be added to the total amount.

No credit card required. You only need your email address and mobile phone number.

Cancellation & Changes
Due to system restrictions, orders cannot be automatically cancelled by the customer after confirmation.
- Incorrect Orders: If you have made a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately via the Contact Form.
- Made-to-Order Items: Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for made-to-order or custom items (including engraving and size orders) once production has begun.
Peace of Mind Support Services
We offer two support services to ensure you can choose your rings with confidence, even when shopping online.
— Size Exchange & Adjustment (Free Once)
For Silver/Brass items and Bead Necklaces that do not have natural stones or engravings, we offer a one-time size exchange or adjustment within 7 days of delivery.
For Customers in Japan:
We offer a one-time free size exchange or adjustment within 7 days of delivery. (See Japanese guide for details.)
For International Customers:
We accept size exchanges for international orders, provided that the customer covers the round-trip shipping costs.
Conditions:
- Eligible Items: Silver/Brass items and Bead Necklaces (No natural stones or engravings).
- Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Item Condition: Unworn items only.
Costs & Fees:
- Return Shipping (You -> Us):
Please ship the item back to us at your expense using a trackable shipping method. - Re-shipping (Us -> You):
We will send you an invoice for the shipping fee to send the new item. - Potential Customs Duties (Important):
Sending back to Japan: Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid Japanese import taxes. If taxes are incurred, they will be billed to you.
Receiving the new item: While we will mark the re-shipped package as a "Replacement Item," depending on your country's regulations, import duties or taxes may be charged again. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot cover these costs.
Production Time:
Since we cast and craft your new size from scratch, please allow 2–3 weeks for production after we receive your return.
— Size Confirmation Service (For Custom & Gold Orders)
Important Note: These services are available only for customers residing in Japan (delivery address within Japan). They are not applicable to international orders.
This service allows you to check the fit before final production. It is recommended for custom items (with stones/engravings) or high-value Gold items.
Eligibility & Service Content:
1. Custom Silver/Brass Items (with Stones/Engravings)
- Type: Paid Option (Select at checkout).
- Details: We will send you one "raw ring" (before stone setting and engraving). After you try it on and confirm the size, return it to us, and we will proceed with the final finishing.
2. Gold Items (K10 / K14 / K18, etc.)
Type: Standard Inclusion (Free / Included in item price).
Details: Since these are high-value materials, we want to prevent any sizing errors. We will send you 3–5 sample rings (made of silver or resin), including sizes smaller and larger than your requested size.
Please take your time to try them at home. Once you decide on the perfect size, we will begin the actual Gold production.
Service Flow:
- Temporary Delivery:
We will send the ring (or sample set) and a return envelope within 10 business days. - Fitting:
Please try on the items at home to check the size. - Return:
Place the items in the enclosed return envelope and send them back to us.
If Size is OK: We proceed to final processing.
(Silver: Shipped in approx. 5 business days / Gold: Shipped in approx. 10 business days after return receipt).
If Size Needs Change: Please inform us of the new size.
(Note: Since we will remake the item, please allow an additional +5–10 business days). - Completion & Delivery:
We will perform the final finishing and ship the completed product to you.
Shipping Method (For Confirmation Service):
To ensure safety, we use recorded delivery methods with face-to-face handover for both directions.
- Delivery (Us -> You): Takkyubin Compact (Yamato Transport).
- Return (You -> Us): Letter Pack Plus (Japan Post) - We will provide the envelope.
How to Return:
Please put the ring(s) in the enclosed red envelope (Letter Pack Plus). You can hand it in at a Post Office counter or request a free pick-up.
(Note: While mailbox drops are possible, we recommend face-to-face handover at the post office for safety.)

Every piece at Swing Jewelry is handcrafted using natural materials. As a result, slight variations may occur between individual items. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique characteristics of your jewelry.
Material Characteristics
Natural Stones
Because we use natural minerals, each stone varies in color, pattern, and inclusions.
- We generally do not accept returns based on personal dissatisfaction with these natural characteristics (e.g., "it looks different from the photo").
- We hope you enjoy the one-of-a-kind expression that nature provides.
Silver & Brass
These metals may tarnish or darken over time due to oxidation.
- You can easily restore their original shine by polishing them with a jewelry cloth.
- We hope you will appreciate the developing patina as part of the unique character and "flavor" of the jewelry as you wear it over time.
Maintenance & Repair Services
To ensure you can enjoy your jewelry for years to come, we offer post-purchase maintenance services. Please feel free to contact us via the Contact Form.
- Polishing & Refinishing (Paid Service)
If you are concerned about tarnish or dullness, we offer professional cleaning and refinishing.Note: While fine surface scratches from daily wear can be removed, deep scratches or heavy dents may not be completely eliminated. To preserve the original shape of the design, we will polish the item to blend the imperfections rather than grinding them down excessively. - Resizing (Paid Service)
We offer resizing services after purchase.Note: Some designs cannot be resized due to their structure. - Repairs
We can repair broken chains, loose stones, etc., depending on the condition.Please contact us first with a photo of the item so we can assess the damage.
For International Customers:
While we are happy to offer maintenance and repair services to our international customers, please note that round-trip shipping fees and any potential customs duties will be the customer's responsibility.
FAQ
About the product
Can I get gift wrapping?
We offer gift wrapping (for a fee). Please check "Gift wrapping" on the product page.

Can you make it in gold?
We accept orders for 18K, 14K, and 10K. Some items are difficult to produce, so please contact us first.

If you don't see an engraving option on the product page, please contact us first. Customization fees start from ¥3,000.

Can I make something using loose stones that I bring in?
To prevent any problems, we are currently unable to accept requests for processing (remodeling or semi-orders) using stones that customers already own. Thank you for your understanding.

At SWING JEWELRY, we offer three support services to help you find the perfect fit, even when shopping online.
1. Ring Gauge Rental (Japan Only)
If you are unsure of your size, we offer a ring gauge rental service for customers residing in Japan. We recommend measuring your finger before ordering.

2. Size Confirmation Service (Japan Only)
Recommended for Custom & Gold Items
For custom items (with stone setting or engraving) or high-value Gold products, we strongly recommend our "Size Confirmation Service." We will send you a sample ring to try on before final production. This is also ideal for checking the fit of wide rings.
3. Size Exchange (One-time adjustment)
If the size does not fit, we accept size exchanges or adjustments under the following conditions:
- Eligible Items:
Silver/Brass rings and Bead Necklaces (Must be without natural stones or engravings). - For Customers in Japan:
Free of charge (one time) within 7 days of delivery. - For International Customers:
We accept exchanges, but round-trip shipping fees and potential customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
Tips for Choosing a Size:
If you are looking for a wide ring, it may feel tighter than a thin band. We generally recommend choosing 1 to 2 sizes larger than your usual size.

About orders
Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?
Due to the nature of made-to-order production, we cannot accept cancellations or design changes after production has begun. However, we may be able to accommodate requests immediately after placing an order (within a few hours), so please contact us as soon as possible.
