• Unused (tried on indoors only).
• Rings: Must be plain (no custom stones or engravings).
  *For necklaces and bracelets, chain length adjustment is available even with stones or engravings.

■ Costs & Delivery

• Exchange Fee: One-time Free
  *If sizing up results in a higher price, the difference will be charged.
• Shipping: Customer covers return shipping fees.
  We cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
• Lead Time: Approx. 2-3 weeks after we receive your return (made-to-order).
