Orders placed by December 1st (Friday) will be shipped within the year. Orders placed after December 2nd (Saturday) will be shipped in late January of next year.

[Products other than made-to-order products]

(No plating, engraving, or natural stone options)

Orders placed by Monday, December 27th will be shipped by the end of the year. Orders placed after Tuesday, December 28th will be shipped within five business days from Tuesday, January 9th of next year.

(Plating and natural stone options available, Engraving option available

Orders placed by December 10th (Sunday) will be shipped by the end of the year. Orders placed after December 11th (Monday) will be shipped by mid-January of next year.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unused products. Please note that items that meet the following conditions cannot be exchanged.
