We prioritize security over decoration by using high-strength "Double Split Rings"—the same durability used in keychains.

For Silver tags, we intentionally pair them with Stainless Steel split rings. Since silver is a soft metal, this combination ensures maximum strength. It is a safety design born from our deep knowledge of materials.

FAQ

Not easily. We use high-performance lasers to engrave deeply into the metal, not surface printing. It resists friction and stays sharp. (Please note that natural surface wear over years of use is unavoidable.)

We recommend removing it. Just like your jewelry, water and salt can accelerate tarnishing. If it gets wet, please wipe it dry with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.

Brass and Silver are standard jewelry metals, but some pets may be sensitive. Please monitor their skin when wearing it for the first time. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a vet.

Silver is strictly heavier, but in our small tag sizes, the difference is negligible. For cats or very small dogs, choosing the smallest size ensures comfort regardless of the material.

This is natural oxidation. You can enjoy the antique look, or if you prefer the original shine, simply polish it with a metal polishing cloth (sold for Brass or Silver).
