Ring Gauge Rental

We offer a ring gauge rental service to customers who order rings from our store.
*This service is available only to customers residing in Japan.
*Please note that the actual fit may vary slightly depending on the type of ring you purchase.

Fee

¥900 (including round-trip shipping)

Rental period

The rental period is 5 days.

Types of ring gauges

There are two types: a wide flat type and a narrow round type. We can measure rings from size 1 to size 28. We will select the appropriate size for your ring and ship it to you.

Rental process

• Please purchase it together with the ring. You can choose any size (even if you choose a size that is in stock, it will be made to order).
• We will send you an email with details after confirming your order. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped by post within 1-2 business days (time cannot be specified).
• Once you have decided on the size, please fill out the enclosed form, place it along with the ring gauge in a return Letter Pack Light, and drop it off at your nearest post office .

Important points to note when using this service

• This service is available to customers who have purchased (ordered) this ring. Please note that you cannot rent a ring gauge alone.
• As numbers are limited, you may have to wait for your ring gauge to be shipped. If we are unable to rent it immediately, we will notify you by email. We are particularly busy during busy periods such as before Christmas, so we recommend that you make your reservation early.
• Please note that production will begin after we have confirmed your return, so shipping may take longer than usual.
• Please note that if you cancel your order for any reason after using the rental service, we will not refund the round-trip shipping costs.
• Please note that if you do not return the item within the rental period, we will consider it a purchase and charge you 3,000 yen.
